We believe if we can help your nervous system unwind and relax, then the beauty, essence and healed energy of who you are can radiate and be. All of our therapies are based around this simple understanding, and we are intuitive in our approach. We actually offer customised therapies based on guests needs which may thus include many integrated techniques combined for your ultimate benefit.

We believe everything we search for can be found within – we just need time to decompress and tune-in.  Whether it’s more energy, happiness, inner calm or love you need, our programs, treatments and rituals are curated to help you reconnect to your essence, your individual beauty and the purity of your own truth. When we take time to pause we can self-reflect, review our intentions and actions, reframe them, and really reconnect with the part inside ourselves that is true.

Our programs run for 3, 5 or 7 days and include healthy, organic meals, daily activities, wild training, yoga and meditation sessions as well as a choice of treatments and in-room therapies dependant on the intent of your stay.

Fresh vegetable juices, gluten

free breads, quinoa porridge with goji berries, carob nibs and flaxseeds, live yoghurt, smashed avocado, scrambled tofu with truffle oil, courgette hummus, fresh fruits, local cheeses, eggs from the chateau up the road, divine honey from the mountains.
